Odorless trap wax, sold by the pound. A light coat of wax speeds your traps up and protects the metal.
How to use: melt the wax slowly in a clean metal pot over low heat. Dip your dyed traps and leave them in for a few minutes, then take them out slowly and hang them to dry.
Caution: wax is flammable. Do not overheat.
